Extended Prayer Ministry
We offer prayer ministry time on Sundays, in Life Groups and at most of our other environments. However, sometimes there is the need to explore an issue that you need to devote some extended time to. So, if you are already plugged into one of our Life Groups, and you have found a place to serve, and you are already receiving regular prayer in some of these environments, then Extended Prayer Ministry might be a great next step for you.
Extended Prayer Ministry is a ministry devoted to help you journey through some of the deep things that may be inhibiting you from living the fruitful life that Jesus calls us to. Whether you have been following Jesus for 5 minutes of 50 years, our calling is the same, we are called to make disciples everywhere we go. Sometimes, we need to take some time to deal with some of the areas in our life that inhibit this from happening.
What to Expect?
Once you begin the process, you will have an initial meeting with a couple of people on the Extended Prayer Ministry Team. They will be the ones journeying with you throughout the whole process. You will meet with them in a home every other week for sessions that usually last between 1.5-2 hours. You may be given specific things to do between meetings and your team will be available to chat with in between meetings as well. The process finishes when you begin to see and feel the change that comes from some of the healing and freedom that you will receive by the power of the Holy Spirit. Of course, you are free to end the process at any point as well.
