Andrew Smith
Senior Pastor
Andy pastors Belfast City Vineyard together with his wife, Harmony. They have been married 13 years and have two children: Owen and Elise. They also serve as area leaders for the Vineyard in Ireland, along with Alan and Kathryn Scott. Andy serves on the church planting task force, and is passionate about seeing many healthy churches planted in Ireland.
Harmony Smith
Senior Pastor
Harmony is a worshipper, and loves to see people connect with Jesus in worship. A few of her songs can be heard on VRUK recordings such as Creator, Love Divine and My Soul Yearns. Harmony grew up in Vienna, Austria, and her husband Andy is from Michigan, USA but both would say Belfast is most definitely home now!
Alan Carson
Associate Pastor
Alan co-ordinates our internship programme, compassion ministries and evangelism. He is married to Laurie and together they are helping pioneer a campus in Newtownards. They have a son called Caleb and a daughter called Isabelle. Alan takes his coffee black and never instant!
Wes Patterson
Associate Pastor
Wes oversees community life and also trains and looks after the multiple Prayer Ministry Teams here in Belfast City Vineyard. He works with the Senior Pastors to provide pastoral care and also assists with Church Planting in Ireland. He and his wife Lesley have a daughter called Gwyneth and two sons called Oscar and Everett.
Katie Rogers
Children’s Pastor
Katie co-ordinates children’s ministry from preschool through to P7. She heads up teams for Launch Pad, Blast Off and the Engine Room and writes the curriculum for each of the age groups. It’s an especially good day at the office when Katie arrives with sweet goods after baking at home with her daughter, Niamh.
Selwan Tang Walsh
PA to Senior Pastors
Selwan works part-time as PA to the Senior Pastors. You will see her at Discovering Community. Selwan is married to Steve and they have a gorgeous wee boy called Kofi.
Wendy Twamley
Office Manager
Wendy ensures our responsibilities as a registered charity are fulfilled as well as managing finances and HR. She is Lead Child Protection Officer and Secretary for the Board of Directors. From Montana, USA and moving to Belfast after marrying a local, Wendy and her husband Gavin have 2 daughters Mackenzie and Madison. They live with lots of pink in their house.
