"Spiritual formation is life formation; a reshaping of our inner and outer ways that is compelled and precipitated by unseen movements deep within the soul."
Dan Wilt

Applying the Daily Examen

The Daily Examen is an ancient spiritual practice created by Ignatius Loyola and is designed to help us become present to ourselves and to God.

In this day and age, in the busyness of life, it can be hard to be still and present with our own emotional state, never mind with God.
By practicing the Daily Examen we actively choose to slow the pace, engage with our own emotions and bring them before God; inviting him into our struggles, celebrations and our day in general.

In the following videos, we have been fortunate enough to have Dan Wilt lead us through the Daily Examen. If you want to know more about the Daily Examen in a written form you can visit Dan’s own website here.
