Ramadan Prayer Night

11th April 2021, 6:30 pm7:30 pm

Beginning on April 12th Muslims across the world will begin the annual month of Ramadan, 30 days of fasting, prayer, reflection and community. It is often a month marked by increased spiritual hunger and expectation. What if that hunger led them to encounters with the risen Jesus?

We want to take some time as a church to pray for those Muslims in our city (or connected to us) to encounter Jesus as they seek this month. Tonight we’ll hear a little more about what Ramadan involves, how we can best pray for the kingdom to break out in the communities around us and we’ll take time as a group to pray. We’ll also have the opportunity to sign up to pray on a rota basis throughout the month. We have a stirring and a longing to see Jesus move powerfully among our Muslim neighbours and friends this Ramadan and we are excited to partner with what he is doing.
